Unfortunately I won’t be in town to DJ tomorrow’s party (ask me about it), but if you’re in SF, head to Pink (map) at 10pm for the monthly installment of TRAMP. J.O.R.Y. and Commodore 69 will be spinning the dance hits, and PJ Pooterhoots will be performing a live set. It should be a lot of fun energy, so I highly recommend it!
It’s safe to say I’m pretty damn excited about the upcoming Outside Lands Festival in Golden Gate Park. A week from today, I’ll be basking in the sun waiting for the Black Keys set, followed immediately by Radiohead. The Black Keys show at McCarren Pool was one of the best shows I’ve ever seen, and it will be my first time seeing Radiohead. So I’m pretty sure Friday will be the best day of my life. Unless I get married someday or have a baby or something meaningful. I’ll still name the baby Thom. And my wife better not give me any guff about it. Thom Yorkinson. I’ll have to look into the feasibility of changing the last name.
