Joakim
Over the summer, I one night played Joakim’s remix of Simian Mobile Disco’s “Hustler” at the W Hotel, and halfway through the song it sounded like the world was ending, and I chuckled watching the unsuspecting patron’s faces. Regardless, the remix is fantastic, and his others are just as good, if not better. I highly recommend picking up his new compilation Joakim: My Best Remixes, and in the meantime, enjoy my two favorites below.
